We welcomed in December with a musical, rather than a Panto, this year. Specifically none other than Whatsonstage.com award nominee Matilda! It was impeccably choreographed with fantastic staging (sit in the stalls if you can, to really appreciate it), a great set and a fab cast. For me, Bertie Carvel stole the show with his hilarious take on Miss Trunchbull but the amazing kids just blew the whole audience away - especially adorable Matilda (of course).
